lider autoritario y un lider motivador.
El lider autoritario es aquel de caracter
fuerte y incompresivo,  en cambio el
lider motivador; es aquel de caracter
 agradable y comprensivo!

There is a difference between an authoritarian leader
and a motivational leader. An authoritarian leader is
the one who demoralized his employees because of
  his unreasonable behavior. A motivational leader is
the one who uses understanding and leads his employees
with fairness!
