Marta, por su parte, se sent铆a abrumada porque ten铆a mucho que hacer. As铆 que se acerc贸 a 茅l y le dijo:
—Se帽or, ¿no te importa que mi hermana me haya dejado sirviendo sola? ¡Dile que me ayude!
—Marta, Marta —le contest贸 Jes煤s—, est谩s inquieta y preocupada por muchas cosas, pero s贸lo una es necesaria. Mar铆a ha escogido la mejor, y nadie se la quitar谩.

Most of us can relate to Martha, and we tend to worry about so many things.
Instead, we need to follow the example of Martha's sister; and fix our eyes on Jesus Christ and not in the pressures of this world.
